Boppy Time

These are some pics of hanging around home, in his new boppy from his girlfriend Berkley Williams. They are being kept apart by the viscious RSV for now, but boy oh boy will we have fun play dates this summer.

Cooper had his very first outing tonight (to some place other than the doctor or grandma's house). We went to a pizza place around Heritage Lake with Grandma and Grandpa Grable. He did very well in his little car seat in his new jacket from Miss Leah. It might actually fit him one of these days!

Cooper's first bath

So Cooper hates taking baths... he cries everytime we change his diaper, and everytime we put him in the bathtub. But the other day, he took a shower with his dad and fell asleep... I would have taken pictures, but that would have been a bit risque :-). He's getting better, though. His cries only hit a level 3 on a scale of 1 to 10 when we change his diaper, and hopefully we'll get to that point with the baths.

First Posting

Hello everyone! Bare with me as I muddle my way through this blog thing... but I thought with having so many international friends and family spread across the country, this was the best way for you to see what's happening with our family and to watch Cooper grow up. I'm still trying to figure out how to get pictures on here that aren't as big as your head, so again, have patience!

We can't imagine life without little Cooper, and he's only ben here one month (as of Wednesday Jan. 23). He's up to 6 lb 6 oz and growing like a weed. We are adjusting well, so far. He's only up once per night to eat and sleeps rather well. He really doesn't fuss or cry, unless he doesn't feel good... so far, he's a GREAT baby.

Brad is back to work, and life is starting to resume as it was before... just with a little more baggage with diaper bags and carseats. I will go back to work sometime mid to late February, depending on how he's doing at that time. We'll see how my time management works then! :-)
