Cooper's Room

Cooper's Grandma Cheri (Brad's mom) painted his room to match his bedroom suit. She did a great job! She also painted the sports stuff over his crib. When he's on his changing table, he stares at his teddy bears and talks to them. Grandma Cheri also bought letters, and Brad and I painted them to spell out his name. Here are some pictures of his room and Cooper showing off in my sunglasses. By the way, his shirt says "Mommy Adores Me." So True!

3 Month Pictures

We had these taken at Portrait Innovations. He did great! At first he was very happy... towards the end he was over it. :-)

Hanging with the InLaws

On Good Friday Cooper had his second RSV shot. He was 24 inches long, 12 lb 10.4 ounces! He did very well. Afterwards we met the Williams family for lunch, then went back to their house to hang out. Cooper had his 3 month pics and met the Easter Bunny for the first time. I'll post his 3month pictures soon! He's growing so big!

Fun Bath Time

Cooper finally likes bath time. We caught these shots the other night in the bathtub. I tried his froggy tub (in January pictures) and he's now outgrown it! Even this little seat is a bit too small. So until he gets bigger and can sit in his ducky tub, we are going to try the yellow sponge that lays ins the bathtub, see how he likes that. He splashed around and giggled and cooed the last time he took a bath, so I'm hoping our days of screaming are over. However, we still scream when we get out of the tub. I have a feeling that has only just begun! Notice his green loofa in the pictures! He loves it, and has a yellow one that makes John Deere colors (compliments of the Dickeys).

First St. Patrick's Day

Happy Belated St. Patty's Day! Cooper enjoyed the day in his new bib.

Giddy Up Cowboy

Here are some pictures of Cooper when we went to the saddle shop. He wore the cutest little fleece snow suit type thing that Brittany and Clint got him. He did very well that day, and smiled the whole time we were walking around. Of course, if you hold him up and let him look around, he's always happy.

Around the house

Growing stronger every day

Cooper holds his head up very well. Here are some pictures of him playing on his jungle gym and practicing belly time. I even got a video of him trying to lift his head. He can do much better than this, but he's a bit camera shy!

Movie Time!

Here is my first attempt at a video! Hope it works... Cooper was a very happy boy today, probably because mommy was at home after four days of work. He's doing so well lately. He smiles, coos, and almost laughs. He's doing very well on his belly, nearly lifting his head completely up. I think he'll be an early crawler because he already acts like he wants to get up on his knees and take off. Maybe that will be a future video. :-)

I went back to work this week. Thank goodness for great babysitters! I felt absolutely no reservations about leaving him with his Grandma Grable and with Courtney. It was hard to go back to get back into the swing, but after a couple of days if felt like I never left. I'm still planning on going on Deal or No Deal to win enough money to pay off our house and stay home with him full time. But, alas, until then, I'll continue to work in the trenches with the rest of the world! I do ask for your prayers, as we are about to be faced with some big decisions that will inevitably affect the rest of our lives, primarily regarding my career. I'll post more details once things are more official.

My New Hat!

Cooper got this hat from his friend Cameron Evans. Grandpa Lewis thought it was pretty cool.
